Instructions to Enable Javascript

In Firefox Mac, from the top menu, choose Firefox > Preferences > Content > and tick "Enable JavaScript".

In Firefox Windows, from the browser menu, choose Tools > Options > Web Features > and tick "Enable JavaScript".

In Opera Mac, from the top menu, choose Quick Preferences > "Enable JavaScript".

In Opera Windows, from the browser menu, choose Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > and tick "Enable JavaScript".

In Safari Mac, from the top menu, choose Safari > Preferences > Security > and tick "enable JavaScript".

In Internet Explorer 7, from the top menu, choose Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab, click "Manage Add-ons", highlight "Java Plug-in", under "Settings" click "Enable", then click "OK", and click "OK" again.

In Internet Explorer 6 and earlier, from the top menu, choose Tools > Internet Options > Security tab, click "Custom Level", scroll to "Scripting", and click "Enable".

Now simply return to the page you were viewing (via your browser's Back button), and reload / refresh.
